Our delivery areas solely focus on Australian-wide.
- All parcels are posted through Australian Post.
SHIPPING ON NORMAL DAY
- Process will take 1-2 days of working hour.
- Delivery : Monday – Friday
- Tracking will be provided after we process and pack the items.
- You may track your order online via AUSPOST postal website.
- If tracking number not receive within 3 days from the date of the purchase, please contact your seller (Customer Services / authorized Drop-Shipper).
SHIPPING ON PEAK SEASON / DURING SALES
- Process within 3-4 days of working hour.
Days to ship may be vary depending on volume of orders received.
- Please be advised that order placed during sales or peak season may take longer to process due to bulk orders. Urgent orders are strongly discouraged.
- Delivery times for parcels to reach to designated address are all depends on the courier services and the location of the address whether in the city or suburbs.
- Tracking will be provided after we process and pack the items.

- Item purchased during sales are NOT REFUNDABLE / EXCHANGE / RETURN unless it is a mistake from our end.

SHIPPING FOR PREORDER ITEMS
- Delivery date will be displayed at pre-order items on website. Item will be ship out according to the date display.
- Order will be ship out once the item arrive at our HQ.
- Order will be ship out by batch according to the order number.
- Tracking will be in record system once item already ship out within the date given.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE/DELIVERY
- We will be using International Auspost Courier.
- Shipping fee are depends on your locations and order amount. You can view the shipping fee at the checkout.
- Shipping overseas can delay up to 3-4 weeks but it does not happen often.
- Do expect any possibility of lateness due to customs clearance as we are not in control for it.
